Another Wednesday Run Bike Brick with a Twist

This Wednesday was a fast brick workout.

Our circuit was:

 

  1. Cycle for 20 minutes
  2. 15 pushups 
  3. 15 Crunches
  4. 15 Squats
  5. Run for 15 minutes
Repeated 2-3 times depending on how fast we were.

I'm actually getting to the point where this isn't exhausting. Certainly nowhere as exhausting as chemotherapy.
