14 mile Walnut Creek to Danville Sunday Ride
Today was a "yoyo" - a "your on your own". The Summer Triathlon Team was on their way to Pacific Grove to practice for their upcoming triathlon. I drove out to Walnut Creek for a flat a straight course to practice my biking. An hour on a bike is nothing, but again, I'm just getting of the couch.
